Shipping Information

All chocolate bars are packaged and shipped by the Jojo's Chocolate Team using the appropriate container and packaging method per order. We offer a variety of shipping options including:

 

  • U.S.P.S Standard Shipping (2-4 days)

  • U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (1-3 days)

  • U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Express (1 day)

 

We ship nationally as well as internationally. International delivery turnaround cannot be guaranteed.

 

CONFIRMATION: A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of your order placement. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will recieve a second notice.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please make sure all items being shipped directly as a gift are paired with the proper shipping address (the billing address should link to your credit card).

 

RETURNS: All items sold by Jojo's Chocolate Hope are perishable and cannot be returned by mail. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please email the following information HERE:

 

  • Order number for the item

  • Date of arrival

  • Condition of item at time of arrival

  • Detailed explanation of the issue
